This is the most disgusting pre workout on the market don’t bother with it taste horrible has a meaty chemical smell and frothed loads 

I was actually looking online for pre-workouts to try and consider buying and if you ain’t too sure I think this is the best option as it’s a sample to try out before one of your workouts, amazing flavour and should take before 30 minutes to an hour before a workout and this will give you a energy boost to perform maximum levels and train hard like you haven’t before!  Goes Well With: Water 

First off, the smell reminds me of something sickening and it's awful and the taste isn't much better, I had to chug it to get it over with. I also barely felt a thing. I didn't get any more energy than you would from a coffee or an energy drink and the beta-alanine did nothing. The "Alpha" pre-workout they have on the store is MUCH better and I would recommend that over this any day. Goes Well With: Nothing

Comes with all the vits you need and even a bit of creatine to get you going! A bit clumpy but still ok! Goes Well With: Protein shake
