Great pre workout, not too much itchiness which for me is perfect whilst keeping a good amount of concentration and energy. Has 300mg of caffeine which if your just starting can be quite a lot but still would 100% recommend Goes Well With: Orange and mango clear whey !!

Mix it up in a shaker and down it before a workout, leads to a good facial itch and a boost of confidence and concentration

An amazing product definitely helped me feel ready for my workout and managed to lift at least 10 kg more than usual
