I’ve been taking this for a week and I’ve lost 3lbs along with going to the gym four times a week and eating in a calorie deficit. I take it first thing in the morning before my work out and again when I get home after. It keeps the hunger at bay if you have it with breakfast. I mix it with almond milk or water in a shaker bottle and it’s not gritty at all. The taste is amazing and it doesn’t bloat you at all. Will be repurchasing when I run out.

Very good product. The powder is very mixable in water or milk, no clumps when using the metal my protein shaker. The salted caramel flavour is amazing, no after taste at all. Product isn’t too big even on the bigger sized product, fits nicely in my gym back which I take everywhere with me. Goes Well With: I prefer with milk for extra protein but tasted amazing in water too.

Couldn’t really make difference between whey and diet whey. So I love this product as it has less calories
