I’m loving the salted caramel flavour it’s so light and tastes amazing , I have been mixing it with 300ml water and it’s just perfect - I’ll be trying it with skimmed milk tomorrow before my workout routine.  I was drinking the vanilla crem and it’s ok ish if you mix it with skimmed milk or oat milk but with water it’s just horrid don’t taste like vanilla atall in my opinion. So I’m going to stick with this delicious salted caramel  Goes Well With: Water  Milk  Oat milk etc 

I really like this shake - the only reason it get's a 4 star is because it is a bit pricey but I will just have to make sure when I re-order there's a promo on. I ordered the Strawberry & it is lush, better than a lot of others I've tried too. I also agree that it mixed fine. I use a combo of 200ml water (cold from the fridge) with 100ml of unsweetened almond milk (less carbs, sugar & cals than even skimmed milk). I put the ball in after the liquid then the scoop of powder then give it a good old shake (probably about a minute) & it comes out smooth each time. I have this for my breakfast at work at my desk & since using this, I do not feel the need for snacking and can last until lunch quite happily. Better than most I have tried, I got the strawberry milkshake as I am getting sick of all the chocolate flavours from various brands. The flavour is quite creamy when mixed with milk and doesn't get too thick, I think it would be really good if blended with a few strawberries and maybe thicken it up a bit.

I love salted caramel in general and thought a shake would be just as good. The taste is absolutely disgusting. Its too sweet and it leaves an awful after taste that doesn't go away. Worst shake ive ever had. I cant comment on the effectiveness as its gone in the bin! Waste of money. Goes Well With: The bin.

Really like this shake mixes well. If you drink it straight away it can be gritty but if you leave it for 5mins they Dissolves. Also very filling and low calories. Strawberry is very nice too, I use skimmed milks. Goes Well With: Diet and exercise
