Great for my gym workouts as rubbish at having breakfast and all good stuff in but have to say a little sweet the strawberries and cream so mayb banana or vanilla next time then can add to porridge or something else that doesn’t need such sweet taste but saying that now used to and loving great price bundle and service have recommended to other gym members  Goes Well With: Porridge or on own with water
