The EPA and DHA content are good. Whether or not this actually works and is uptaken well by the body.. who knows. Unless you get bloods done before or after you won’t  be able to tell Capsules easy to swallow, no nasty smell or taste. Only downside is the horrific price! Goes Well With: -
