I have mixed feelings the product does what it should but I’m not keen on the taste it’s a bit artificial and not in a good way 

Wasn’t really too sure if I’d use this but I’m rubbish at drinking water, loved the taste so will be buying again for sure. Gave me more energy aswell  Goes Well With: Water 

This is my new favourite pre and post-workout drink. It has s lively fruity taste, reminds me of fruit punch! It mixes very quickly with little effort. It seems to have helped me stave off muscle fatigue for longer when I use it pre-workout. Goes Well With: Ice cold water
