Ordered the tropical flavour and found that there was a lot of powder on top of the seal when I opened the lid, no big deal I thought. Smells awful, tastes even worse! Does not taste fruity or sweet at all; tried adding squash in order to get it down quicker but didn't really mask the taste. I would best describe this flavour as "R O T T E N fruit punch"! Really not sure how this got approved for sale. The phasetech beads are tiny white and red bits that look like plastic and float on the surface of your drink. Doesn't look appealing. I've had the phasetech preworkout and they're not visible. Now the good part: it works really well, I'm able to get a couple more workouts in now. Goes Well With: In the bin

First the packaging is awesome tastes great and I feel the difference... What hugely disappoints me is the tub is only a 1/4 full of powder so not really sure what I'm paying for and I have no scoop included... Hence the low score...

I mix the berry flavour with my unflavoured pea protein in a blender. This makes it taste incredible. Genuinely look forward to this shake each day. Really good stuff.  Goes Well With: Unflavoured protein powder and water. 

The product itself is good. However, it doesn't mix well and has a horrible after taste. Washed my shaker several times and cant seem to get rid of the smell. Did notice a difference though. If you don't mind the taste then crack on. Goes Well With: Lots of water and an electrolyte tablet.

Love these especially in the Berry flavour and the time release capsules really do make a difference. My only negative is that the dosage instructions are confusing. Pacck says to use 2 scoops (20g) in 300-400ml of water However 1 scoop weighs in at 20g, so is it 2 x 20g scoops per serving or just 20g total which is actually 1 scoop. If using 2 scoops as described then the tub only contains 10 servings not 20 as stated
