Loved how effective it is. It is an extremely sweet sweetener- I'd say remove this from the final, to make it healthier, and taste better, or at least reduce it.  The Blue Rasberry Lime flavour is good though.  The Ashwagandha however healthy smells quite horrible after mixing.  Overall would continue taking it. I got the tropical flavour and its soo nasty oh my days the worse flavour I've ever purchased from here and there's these lil particles (bits) in there that don't mix. It taste like medicine. I'm glad I only bought sample I won't be buying this again. Goes Well With: 🗑

Very effective in delivering energy and recovery. Building blocks on a cellular level.

They felt very good after use I felt much better the morning after use. I only used them once as the sample is a small amount but it was a very good quality supplement 

Bought this as a sample before I committed to buying a tub, it’s hard to know if it had a effect while only having it once but that taste was good and was easy to mix up Goes Well With: I mixed with water, but sure you can mix it with more
