I have this every morning. Unfortunately there are a LOT of foods and supplements that I’m unable to have due to stomach problems. However, this I’ve found to be particularly gentle on the stomach as well as give a little boost. Not at all overly powerful or caffeine heavy I find. Watermelon flavour is the best.  Goes Well With: Water.  Mornings. 

This product does in fact work and give you a boost of energy pre workout. However I bought the watermelon flavour and it’s possibly one of the worst things I’ve tried, tastes very artificial and if you let the drink sit it has such an awful taste. So bad it’s made me be sick!  As I’ve said I’m going to try another flavour because the product does in fact work, but I would definitely recommend staying away from watermelon. By accident I selected peach mango instead of blue raspberry and was massively disappointed. The taste is absolutely horrible. It isn’t refreshing at all and the after taste just isn’t very pleasant especially when you are working out. I would recommend using the pre workout blend (fruit punch). 

The taste was horrible and it gave me a lot of heartburn afterwards

The worst tasting my protein amino acid product I have ever tried! I’m not sure whether it’s the one I have received or If this is the way it’s supposed to taste.  Makes my bottle smell like raw fish, and the taste is vile! Taste like it’s been sat in my bottle for years!! Would not recommend !!!
