A great all in one which helps with recovery. A good flavour and very easily mixed with water. It may look like not mixed properly, however there are biscuit pieces which makes the overall taste great. Would definitely recommend

This is my first Myprotein product, and will be using them for supplements from now on. This is by far the best all in one product I have used, and has made a big difference with recovery from training. The flavour is good, product mixes very well.

Great tasting shake that mixes well. I use 600 ml of water and oat milk. I pop it in the fridge before my home workout and have a lovely cold shake to look forward to. I’ve gotten into the habit of starting to sip it about halfway through my workout for a bit of a boost which it definitely delivers. Great stuff Eddie & MyProtein!  Goes Well With: Oat Milk
