My protein supplements are essential nutrient for human body. They are one of the building blocks of body tissue.Dream to be a fitness model or bodybuilder then my protein supplements are sufficient. Best time to take protein after a workout is one to get protein into the body so that the protein can be delivered to your muscles, to begin healing the "micro tears" (very small tears in the muscle tissue, caused by intense contraction of the muscle during workout) in the muscle.Because solid food takes more time to digest and to break down the protein and send it to the muscles, it can be best to take a protein shake immediately following a workout, since protein shakes only take about 30 minutes to reach the muscle after ingestion. Definitely, we can see the advantage to taking a protein shake in this instance.
If you want to drink cement then this is the protein for you Goes Well With:Bricks
Drinkable. But in a forcing it down kinda way. I really wanted to like it because I so hate pea, hemp, rice etc vegan blends because it feels like you're drinking dust. Although this was more drinkable, it was most definitely not a pleasure. If you mix it with water, you get a shake, If you mix it with coconut milk you get a kinda pudding (which actually tasted better than the shake!)

I find soy protein to be a suitable replacement for whey or casein for those that are vegetarian or vegan due to it being a complete protein source, it is also good to change protein sources from time to time to keep the body progressing and not becoming accustomed to the same food sources. This protein mixes just as well as the whey i normally use and forms a great tasting shake in the chocolate flavour, due to not being vegan i have used this in combination with whey and casein to make a more complete and balanced protein shake. To further improve the taste and if you can add the extra calories for gains in lean muscle mass i recommend adding a tablespoon of either peanut butter or almond butter. if you found value in my review then please use my referral code geoff - rdt (no space in between dash and letters) and all in capital letters at checkout for 33% off. Goes Well With:peanut or almond butter bcaa's creatine
If you think you have desire and gutts to build muscles, then my protein supplements are the best.Protein is an important component of every cell in the body. Hair and nails are mostly made of protein. Your body uses protein to build and repair tissues. You also use protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood. Along with fat and carbohydrates, protein is a "macronutrient," meaning that the body needs relatively large amounts of it. Vitamins and minerals, which are needed in only small quantities, are called "micronutrients." But unlike fat and carbohydrates, the body does not store protein, and therefore has no reservoir to draw on when it needs a new supply. I used this referral code and got 33% of on every purchase. Its very useful and unique referral code. Use this code for amazing offers and deal. Thanks
I decided to give Soy Isolate a try instead of Whey Isolate to reduce my dairy intake. The first thing I will note is like others have said it is much thicker than whey and much more difficult to mix. That said, after playing around with it a bit I found it mixes very well in a blender (as opposed to just a shaker) and now I am able to enjoy tasty morning smoothies!Goes Well With:Almond Milk, Blended fruit, Water, Raw Chocolate, Almond butter
All products from MP are great quality but this one is way too sweet. Need to cut back on the sweeteners guys
After taking this post workout, i really do not feel any muscle soreness and can workout more often now. BUT, the taste is so dreadful it makes me gag, its extremely thick and however much water you add to it in hope of thinning it, it remains thick and sludge like. I find it really difficult to get down me, just tastes revolting and can hardly swallow it. Goes Well With:no taste buds

Myprotein have great products everything I use is give best results thanks a lot pls keep it upGoes Well With:everything
i got 5 kg for the price of 2.5 which is great. unflavored as i cant stand the taste of any sweetner. mixed with hot chocolate, its actually really really nice!, was thinking vanilla extract may also go really well. its kinda like ready brek. no side effects as with whey protien, feel healthy, and am sure will get good results when i start using with exercise as ive only had a coupe days, but am so pleased with it thought id get straight on the positive review. even replaced my morning coffee, which is a BIG DEAL.highly recommend, If you do a lot of exercise the milk and sugar from the hot choc shouldn't be an issue anyways, so great product.Goes Well With:small blender, normal hot choc, possibly vanilla extract
No issues with effectiveness or nutritional value - but on its own mixed with water is completely unpalatable, I was nearly sick straight afterwards (vanilla flavoured), in sharp contrast to normal whey, which tastes great. Mixed in a smoothie its bearable, but makes the whole thing so thick, and doesn't mix very well, I wouldn't recommend.Goes Well With:As much things as possible to disguise the taste
Soy protein makes a great alternative as a vegetarian protein compared with whey and casein based protein powders, this protein powder tastes nice in vanilla or chocolate and still provides all of the essential amino acids to support muscle development. I find this mixes easily in around 350ml of water or soy milk, I am not vegetarian or vegan and like to mix up my proteins from month to month. This does combine great with micellar casein and impact whey for a complete varied protein muscle building shake. To get a great discount on your order use code geoff - rdt (with no spaces in between) in capital letters, thanks again and hope this was of benefit to you :). Goes Well With:Water or almond milk
I got this to try ( unflavoured) as it was cheap with 50% off, I have no allergys so I have mixed with 300ml of milk instead of water and it works well, it makes a thick foamy milk shake( mixes well), and I quite like the taste of soy so unflavoured is nice for me, I have tried it with some toffee flavour drops, and the slight toffee aftertaste with it is nice. I normally go for impact diet whey and I think this mixes with milk better than that. I do think if you like soy it would mix well with soy milk. Goes Well With:Real milk! potentially soy milk
I have the Staweberries and Cream flavour - tastes like Angel Delight, which is quite nice, but it's really gelatinous when mixed with water. Not sure if I have a bad batch but not like a shake at all.
Bought this protein in chocolate flavour as I decided to give up dairy for a while to see if it made any difference to my body/skin without it. When I was using Whey protein I would usually put 2 scoops in with 8oz of almond milk. When I did the same two scoops with 8oz of almond milk with this soy protein, two shakes in my shaker and it turned into some kind of mousse..I had to eat it with a spoon rather than drink it. Now I use one scoop with 12oz almond milk and this is absolutely fine, although much thicker than a whey shake. It tastes great though once mixed although I would advise putting it in a blender for a couple seconds as in my shaker it can stay a little lumpy. Goes Well With:Almond milk Peanut butter Banana
I picked the vegan unflavoured because of the higher protein content. After reading reviews about the taste not being great I decided to purchase the vanilla flavdrops alongside it. I have to admit, with a few drops of the vanilla mixed in this powder tastes like a desert (especially given the thicker consistency). It's actually really nice. I definitely wouldn't want to consume it without the flavour.Goes Well With:Flavdrops
I've tried the chocolate before and wasn't bowled over by it. It tasted a little artificial and the consistency was terrible as others have mentioned. The vanilla, on the other hand, tastes absolutely amazing when mixed with rice milk. A little like liquidised ice-cream. I like to chuck a double-espresso in my pre-workout shake and this just adds to the tastiness. I'm not normally one to go 'mmmm' and smack my lips after a shake, I usually just grin and bear it, but when made with rice milk (especially with added espresso), I can't help but express my enjoyment!Goes Well With:Rice milk Double espresso
I have been using this protein for over a year. And absolutely love it. 🙂 chocolate flavour is my favourite. I put it in a bowl and add some water quickly mixing it with whisk. What you end up with is something similar to chocolate custard/mouse. Its very filling. The other day I bought matcha flavoure and I dont recommend it unless you are a great green tea lover.
