I usually had a mix of protein and instant oats after a run/cycle but I saw this in the new range and figured I'd save myself having to buy two different products. Absolutely brilliant product, gets my energy back to normal, gives me all the protein I need and even has a load of vitamins. Always thought my protein/oats mix was enough but this is even better. It doesn't seem to mix as well as protein on its own and there's always a tiny bit stuck to the bottom but nothing shaking a bit more won't solve.
