Super sweet, for me, a bit off putting. However the mix is not a good consistency and also very easy to dissolve in water. I felt pretty good after taking this after a HIIT or spin class; I wouldnt use this after a routine workout. I'm happy with it and probably will purchase again. Goes Well With: Water

I swapped to this from my standard whey due to a change in my training from weights to running. Found it mixed easily in both milk and water, never found any lumps. However the chocolate flavour is very sweet. Each mouthful tastes similar to dropping a teaspoon of sugar in my mouth. It does what I bought it for, it's helped me recover from longer runs of 12 miles plus but I'll be looking for an alternative due to the taste.
