can't fault it, excellent for after running

Have used this product several times but still unsure about the actual Recovery Value of it. It tastes absolutely fantastic and mixes incredibly well. Whether it works or not, I will be buying this again as it was a very pleasant drink. Goes Well With: Water

This reminds me of Galaxy chocolate milk. I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely buy it again. Mixes well too and has a smooth texture.

Specifically for recovery - easily the best tasting shake I've ever had (vanilla). It mixes really well and I always look forward to enjoying it post work out. On here now tonirder my next bigger bag
