As a female that prefers running and doesn't want the bulk this is great at replenishing my muscles after a hard gym treadmill session. As a vegetarian I worry about not getting enough protein in my diet. Since using this I find the muscle soreness does not last anywhere near as long. Chocolate is fine with a dash of milk but I'm preferring the strawberry at the moment with just water. Goes Well With: Water

First bought the Impact Whey Protein and when finished I got the Recoverfuel. Very happy with both. Starting with how fast they dispatch and deliver the packages and how well they are packed. The products are great. Nice flavors and they mix perfectly. Will continue to buy them :-)

Firstly, easy order and great delivery. Tried site on friends recommendation and all good so far. Product is easy to use, mixes well, and tastes pleasant enough considering just mixed with water directly. Dare say if you wanted to you could do milk instead, but your choice. Once made, easy to drink and seems to digest quickly enough. Would i buy again? Yes, and happy to try other flavours too. Goes Well With: Try milk?

Hate this pun but it does what it says on the tin, I feel so much better than taking just a normal protein after my HIIT treadmill workouts, it really does put life back in to my legs (they can get really sore) after a heavy session that I feel like I could do it all over again.....so happy with this. First of all, I have to say this is the best tasting shake I've had by a mile. It's mixability is also right up there, never any lumps Now the important bit, "It does the job!". I used to be sore for days after workouts but that has been cut down tremendously by the recoverfuel. Plus it's a nice way to get that extra protein in.. Goes Well With: Milk
