I have tried so far 3 brands wafers' as I was looking forward to see how this type of product had been formulated to be a doable snack without the sugar and carbs. A traditional wafer is in fact made with sugar, butter and gluten flour, something we don't appreciate as part of a consistent training goal. I loved the texture and consistency this was firm but with a softer centre. Meaning great for the gym bag so that you don't end up eating wafer-crumbs. The packet is handy with little but just right portions. Means you don't have to attempt breaking it in half ( if you break it in half it has less calories ... lol ) .. I tried three flavours, vanilla, chocolate and hazelnut. The flavour profile in my opinion was best in the first two with a personal preference for the vanilla. It reminds me of a brand of Italian wafers I used to enjoy as a kid. Good on you guys. Goes Well With: An espresso. A dollop of vanilla ( or other flavour) protein ice cream.

I make my own protein cake but it's really nice to have a change so much so have ordered a box loved them really light but fills you up Goes Well With: Fage or on their own
