This is a great tasting product which is so convenient. I can't say that it works any better with regards to muscle building as I have just used it as a substitute for a impact whey protein shake but for convenience and taste it is amazing. A great fruity start to the morning (mango flavour). Also my girlfriend who is very fussy finds these irresistible so it is a great thing to help her increase her protein intake. Goes Well With: The morning.

Great tasting product, I tried this as it was free but doubt I would buy it off my own back as the usual price is expensive for what it is. Goes Well With: Car journeys (no mixing)

Great taste, A good amount of protein in a small bottle so you don't get that bloated feeling post workout.
