After looking for new ways to consume protein I decided to give the Protein cookie a try and I was very surprised. The cookie appealed to me because their is a massive 37.5g of protein in just one cookie. I wasn't expecting the cookie to taste as good as it did. It tasted just like the cookies available in supermarkets but not as sickly as those cookies. Although I personally will not be having a protein cookie everyday they make a nice change to a protein shake or would make a good snack for in the day.

I have tried lots of protein bars and cookies etc, but generally they are awful! I purchased the almond and white choc cookie Protein Cookie (Sample) and have never tasted anything like it! It is exactly like cookie dough, and packed with protein! Delicious, I will be buying more.

I was at first apprehensive to try a 'protein cookie' as I thought they would taste disgusting. However after receiving my order after one working day as I always do with my protein.com, I ate the cookie after a hard workout, and it was delicious!
