This is the first time I have ever had a protein cookie and I was optimistic, but it tasted great and had a really good flavour. The cookie was a bit dense, but even having half before the workout and then half again after did the trick.

The Protein Cookie is a great snack to settle the craving for something sweet without feeling like you're straying from your goals. I tried all the flavours and would recommend the double chocolate or orange chocolate, they taste like thick (cheap) cakes which I found very enjoyable. Though I'd stay away from the white chocolate as it just tasted like a cheap sugary cookie dough. (Don't dunk it into a cup of tea or any other drink as it alters the taste and texture in a negative way.)

Just tried the Protein Cookie sample, white chocolate and almond flavour. I thought the taste was absolute lovely, personally I think My Protein should make a whey protein in this flavour! I know I would certainly buy it more. I'm taking protein shake after my gym sessions so obviously won't be able to tell if this cookie has done any difference but it does provide you with extra protein in your body. If you want a protein rich snack definitely go for one of these!

Look, Im on a diet… If I had a box of these theyd be gone in an hour! They are without doubt the best cookies Ive ever had. They're not crumbly, slightly chewy (moreish is an understatement). I had a sample cookie and it was gone in seconds! The only downside was they contain a bit too much sugar for me and Im on a no carbs or sugar diet. But as a treat at the end of the week, Ill get some in. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Costa's cappuccino (other coffee shops out there too).

Regretfully this Protein Cookie is one of the most disgusting things I've ever eaten. I've shared this with other friends who use My Protein products and had the same unanimous opinions sadly, it's utterly foul.
