I use these after a hard run to get that protein hit you need. They stop me from raiding the biscuit barrel. Useful in the evening when you have a calorie deficit and are at risk of getting the munchies. These have a good amount of protein and also taste great.

These toffee vanilla bars are by far the best protein bar I've ever tasted! If I could eat the whole box in the one go I absolutely would. The texture is really good. The best thing I've put in my mouth for a long time. Goes Well With: Everything!

I’ve got the toffee vanilla too but in my opinion the dark chocolate and berry flavour is much nicer. I bought these because of how low they are in sugar compared to other bars but that doesn’t effect the taste at all. In terms of results it’s too soon to say but I’ve had these during workouts when I’m hungry and they’re great. Usually I go running, do weights then have one before I warm down with swimming and I haven’t had any problems so far. Looking forward to trying the caramel and hazelnut once both my flavours run out.

Never had any type of protein bar so thought i'd give them a go and personally don't like the taste of this one. Slightly chewy as expected but leaves a bit of an aftertaste

Recommend the toffee vanilla, i have one in the morning. Just about to order my 3rd box. Got good macros for anyone that tracks them. Goes Well With: Latte
