This pre-work out shot, is one of the best I have tried. It works within 15 minutes and gives me the strength and energy that I need to complete my workout. I love the taste, it’s sharp and not too sour.  Goes Well With: My whey protein shake, chocolate and coconut is my fave. 

Very effective, I had itchy hands and pins and needles in my feet it had me buzzing- good if you like this probs not for you if you don’t. Very sour taste I love it. One thing I did notice was it had creatine in which I don’t take on the regular and don’t want to so not sure if that’s a good thing.  Goes Well With: On its own

These are immense so effective, taste is ok but sample bottle is gone in seconds so who cares. Kept me going for hours, I'd buy again Goes Well With: Your mouth

Took this 10 mins before my gym session my body went into electric way too strong for me electric shocks in my head and body wasn't a nice feeling !!

such an easy way to get energised quickly, definitely recommend.
