Low caffeine but that might be good in some people's view. Taste and chew like fruit pastilles which is a positive. Felt a benefit during my workout but nowhere near the effects of other pre workouts. I would use again if training late at night I suppose.

Taste amazing, really give me that boost without having too much energy… just enough! 

These gummies are the best! I always struggle with "liquid" pre-workouts, and these are the best alternative I've found! Super tasty and helpful, I try having one or two (cause I'm small) and they're still effective and so they last longer... I just wish the package was bigger!

I prefer the convenience of the gummies vs shakes, but I felt the energy boost was not as strong for the gummies.

Taste is good, amazing product, definitely gives me tgat boost during a workout
