Works well and is good taste but expensive compared to other forms of pre workout

Tasted a lot better than I thought they would. 4 is definitely the right amount consume i tried less but they was not very effective. Have now bought 2 full sized pots of these they are just right fir picking you up fir an evening at the gym. 

Gummies were nice, had a good flavour and texture to them. Not sure on how much energy it gave me, would buy again. 

Bought this for the first time to try and sample and it works quite well. Tastes nice and easy to chew and swallow. The energy I receive from a few of these is superb and last a while aswell. A brilliant purchase! Goes Well With: This is easy to have with a pre workout shake if wanted. 

Taste its really niec and point for consistency. But except that nothing else, l couldn't feel them as l usually do with drink.
