i purchased it for my keto peanut butter bars as per recipe from the "all i dream about is food" youtube channel. i used to make them with almond flour, but its just much better with peanut flour. pricey, but worth it. Goes Well With: ingredient in peanut butter bars

It’s really good to have the same peanut butter quality in a powder as it has less calories Goes Well With: Mixed with alpro plain yogurt with raspberries for example 

Easy to use as peanut butter and in other recipes 

it’s so great, lower calories than normal but still good protein for pb. tastes delicious. Goes Well With: apple, banana, on toast etc.

I use it in cooking mostly as a less calorific substitute for real peanut butter. Tatse resembles peanut butter too which is all I need it to do! I still get my peanut butter kick Goes Well With: Oats On breakfast
