This is such a good alternative if you are trying to cut down on calories but love peanut butter. I have used it to make satay sauce, oats, and even just put on toast and it has worked great for all.

amazing product for people whole love peanut butter but want to cut back. my only tip is to add small amounts of water each time or else it gets watery. 

Easily mixes into smoothies. Tastes like the real thing!
