I left a one star review before because I couldn't stand the taste. I since started taking it by mixing up a pint of LIdl's concentrated blackcurrant & apple cordial (sugar free) and pouring most of that on top of a a scoop full of the powder in my mixing bottle. It's not actually pleasant, but it's not undrinkable. I just neck it down and I'm making gains so yeah = it does the job. If you want a nice drink try something else. If you want a cheap, vegan protein supplement this'll do. Goes Well With: Sugar free Blackcurrant & Apple squash.

So far I can say that it does the Job, ,not sure if its better or equally effective to the Whey alternative. To Improve the taste that all the Vegan proteins have its better to mix them with some Fruit Juice or even better blender them with small pieces of any seasonal fruits you may like. I'm yet to find an unflavoured vegan protein that tastes good, mixes well and has a good protein content, but this is the best so far. It's quite powdery but works with thick drinks or if you just neck a shot mixed with water Goes Well With: Smoothies, flavoured oat or soya milks, banana, soups

I have it because pea is a great source of protein but the taste was horrible. Now I'm used to it so it's fine, but it's still difficult to mix.

I feel kind of bad giving this a two star rating. It does what it says on the tin, it's Pea protein, packaged well and mixes fine. Good protein content as well. I found the taste unbearable. No matter what I'm mixing it with, the dusty taste comes through. The search goes on for a decent tasting non-whey protein.
