I chose chocolate flavour and so far its pretty good, i wake up less hungry and less sore from the more intense workouts. it seems to be doing the trick! Goes Well With: Water (0 calories)

Doesn’t mix at all unless you plan to use a blender forget this as it’s useless

I currently use 30g with 300g of milk - it mixes well and produces a nice smooth taste. It's not especially chocolatey but pleasant enough, and I sometimes add a few grams of cocoa powder to up the chocolate factor. I find I sleep better, wake more refreshed, and after 15 years of DOMS from long runs, suddenly it has vanished. Goes Well With: skimmed milk, cocoa powder
