This has been my go to pre-workout for about a year now. Would say that for the price which i pay for the pre-workout makes it extremely worth it for the price. If you are looking for a good quality cheap pre-workout then definitely give this one a shot.

I think sour apple flavour isn’t that great , I think if it had more of a sweet taste it would be fire , strawberry laced and blue raspberry are delicious.
