I have no idea if it does anything, but it mixes well, and I don't notice it.

I use a teaspoon of this daily in with whey isolate (banana), spinach & oatmilk protein shake. Smells nice. Tastes fine. Mixes well. I like that it’s organic. I don’t know that I feel any physical effects (I take additional supplements - turmeric & ginger, black cohosh, collagen & thermopure) but have noticed a lot of comments saying my skin complexion looks amazing (I’m 49) & hair condition is great. I bought this to try as the capsules were out of stock. Goes well in the overnight oats, mixes in ok with my soy protein too. Had great results with the capsules, so hoping for the same with this #perimenopause Goes Well With: Oats Soy protein

I was sceptical at first but wow I'm impressed, I mix a few drops in with my breakfast and it really helps those cravings, will definitely buy again Goes Well With: Yoghurt, weetabix and fruit
