I saw a nutritionist some time ago who suggested I take 6 of these tablets once a day. As I don't eat meat or dairy, I need to ensure I am getting the right nutrients and these tablets help. If you're not sure of the health benefits of Chlorella then do some Googling. These seem to be of very high quality and definitely make a difference to my day. Beyond giving me more energy and reducing fatigue, I seem to be able to focus and concentrate better when these are included in my diet. Would recommend.
