I ordered this as I am following a calorie controlled macro diet and was trying to introduce more fibre into my diet. I add this to my morning smoothie and it tastes delicious! The fibre content is good, and I really enjoy my morning smoothie now (I mix this with milk, MP Whey Protein Powder and some fruit).
