With whats on the market the overall cost of the omega balance caps are good and a decent quality. Before I was using some cheap fish oils that didnt really do much for me but I have felt the difference in these. They have aided recovery and my joints feel much better overall as I used to get some aches. The caps are a little large but there pretty easy to swallow with some water.
