Best tabs I’ve used for getting in good amount of omega 3. Used to use omega 369 which but after researching more discovered 3 is the main one that we don’t get from our diet too much. Decided to go with this as it’s much more concentrated. Easy to swallow tabs, not really a bad taste or anything as is sometimes the case (can be fishy). Overall great supplement
