I always find it difficult to get the right proportion of Omega 3 from supplements bought on the high street. The MyProtein Super Omega 3 Pure max is EXACTLY what I need. I use Omega 3 to aid with recovery as well as aid muscle growth, and for it's cardioprotective properties. There is no 'fishy' after taste, or one that comes as a surprise later on. Perfect product!

These softgel capsules are great. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste.i highly recomended especially consume this product when you're on low calories diet.

For the price and the potency of the EPA ingredient, you can't beat this. Most Omega 3's out there offer a paltry 120-180mg of EPA per softgel. Coupled with a usually similar amount of DHA, the unchallenged EPA usually falls to under 100mg. If you want to achieve the recommended 1000mg of EPA daily- you'll be taking a LOT of pills(plus an awful lot of DHA)! I've looked high and low and I've not found a better combination of the 530mg EPA and only 90mg DHA that these Super Omega 3's offer. At this price, you'd be silly not to try them. They work - my mood is very stablised and my Triglycerides in my cholesterol halved. I occasionally notice the odd fish burp, but it's a small price to pay for the benefits.
