I was sceptical having read other reviews about the noise of this shaker. I have to say the noise is not an issue and in fact this shaker mixes both protein shake and electrolytes easily and quickly. I would definitely recommend 

This shaker is amazing. I’ve had no clumps of powder when making my shake due to the metal spring inside. So much easier if in a rush.
