First of all I have to admit I love coconut. Second this is the first time I try myprotein Impact Whey protein. Is still at the early stage.So I can’t really tell you how effective it is. But I have try so many different bands and different flavour. By far this coconut flavour is one of the smoothest and tastiest of the all I try so far. The only complaint I have is the is contain Soy. I know is quite small amount. But I rather have none. Goes Well With: Water Coconut milk Cold coffee Because is so tasty, it go well all the food I eat most of the time.

I love the range of flavours that there are, some more than others but I have to try different ones so there's no shortage of choice. Goes Well With: Smoothies & porridge
