Needed a shaker but as I've broken so many in past I don't like to spend to much, this shaker was a good price and on arrival yeah its a shaker works well for mixing, it doesn't leak and even better I aint broke it yet :) it's does what it says on the tin at a price that's amazing and good for your pocket. I'm happy to use again and if/when I break it I'll buy another :)

Nice and quite small. Perfect for a protein on the go

The container may hold 400ml but it won't mix it very well. I'd suggest 350ml or even 300ml max for effective mixing
