These bars are a very good buy for someone looking for low carbs but high protein. I bought these bars so I could get more protein in my diet throughout the day but without having to consume extra carbs. Which helps me to maintain my lean body mass and low body fat for competitions. Goes Well With: Goes really well with Alomond milk.

These bars are brilliant, similar to quest bars but smoother taste, not as chewy! They are really low carb and have an excellent macro-nutrient breakdown. I LOVE these bars, I would recommend the almond, cookies and cream, chocolate are my favourite! Goes Well With: On the go, anytime, anywhere!
