I am really happy with MP MAX Elle Active Woman. It gives me all the vitamins I need (and might not get otherwise - although I'd say I have a fairly healthy diet). It definitely has improved my fingernails, which otherwise show lots of horizontal grooves. I'll stick with this multi-vitamin product.

I would like to recommend this product to everyone who wants to get more energy and be healthy. As I live a quite busy life I can not make sure all the time to get the right amount of minerals and vitamins each day but with this product I do not have to worry about it anymore.
