I've never had protein shakes before, but I'm looking to lose 1stone+. I'm going to the gym and I take these as my breakfast and lunch... and I LOVE it. I ordered the Velvet Vanilla and its so yummy - it's sweet and just like a vanilla milkshake which is great because I have a dangerous sweet tooth! It mixes amazingly... I just add 300-350ml of water and use with mini shaker which comes with the metal mixing ball and within 5 seconds, it's done. It's a great shake to have on the go too! Hoping this will help me lose some weight. Only downside is that you have to wash your shaker up quickly and thoroughly after use... I've only had this for 5 days or so and the shaker smells like fish if I forget about it. But that's not really a huge problem. Would definitely recommend the flavour and this product! After reading the reviews on the velvet vanilla flavour, buying this was a bit of a risk. But I am SO happy with this shake. The powder mixes amazingly and theres no clumps left behind - some other Myprotein shakes don't mix very well at all but this mixes perfectly. The taste is very nice; it is rather sweet but satisfies my sweet tooth! I add the maple flavour drops to this and the shake tastes amazing. I usually make mine with milk as I prefer a more milkshake kind of taste but it tastes fine with water too. After drinking it i am full for around 4 hours which is very good. One tiny downside is that the powder smells a bit fishy from the bag but its nothing I can't live with because the shake tastes so so so good! Goes Well With: Maple flavour drops Milk almond milk

Tried this for 2 weeks. 1st week breakfast and dinner but was far too hungry. It was far too sickly for me. I tried it with unsweetened almond milk but was making it too thick. Found it best with water. 2nd week just for breakfast but id wake up not wanting it. Maybe id try it again if it came in the natural chocolate. Just using it up as post workout shake now to use it up. Goes Well With: Just water

I bought the chocolate truffle and the strawberry shortcake. I have to say the chocolate truffle tastes a little like chocolate baileys I don’t know if I’m the only one that thinks that but it’s very tasty. The strawberry shortcake actually tastes like straberry shortcake it has a very lovely flavour Goes Well With: I’ve only used it with semi skimmed milk but I’m going to be trying it with almond milk soon

I am using this as a complement to try and gain weight, and so far it's working. The flavour is really good comparing to all the other products I've tried from My Protein. I've tried the velvet vanilla and the chocolate one, I like the vanilla one better but they're both good. Goes Well With: Just water or cold milk
