I previously used to take Collagen in tablet form until I read online it can be more beneficial taking it as a powder. I mix this collagen, alongside My protein Impact Whey into my morning porridge. I get unflavoured and I cant taste the product at all which is fab! Not only that but it adds another 10g of protein onto my breakfast on top of the Protein powder! I’ve noticed an incredible change in the strength or my nails, and it’s encouraged growth of my hair. My skin does appear to be brighter and healthier, so assume it could be the works of this powder - alongside a healthy lifestyle.  I religiously have 10gs each day and have for the past 2 months! It’s become a staple to my nutrition and I continue to use it to hopefully see more benefits 🙏🏼
