I don't feel much and it's hard to say if these are working. It would be nice to know which kind of Maca is used in this product. Red, yellow or Black Maca? I think this kind of information is very important. I hope the producer will add this to the product description.

Definitely feel a boost in energy and wellbeing after a few days of taking these. I do find it best to cycle them though as the noticeable effects seem to wane after 2-3 weeks. So I take them for 3 weeks before having a 1-2 week break. Works for me, but a different protocol may work equally well or better for you. We're all a little different. These are pretty wonderful I must say, I definitely feel a bit of energy going on with them which is perfect as I was going through a really sluggish time.
