Brought the meal replacement and I absolutely love it. It mixes well even with a metal ball and shaker, tastes great and fills for a good few hours. To be honest the weight is dropping off and I will definately be ordering more. I have the strawberry and it is really good.

Got 3 different flavours of meal replacement and all of them taste great either with milk or water, doesn't matter really and why add extra calories. Have one in the morning with a bit of oats and milk and plain with water in the afternoon, keeps me full for good few hours and with some exercise I'm loosing an inch of my belly every two weeks which I think is really impressive. Using it with thermopure tablets and enjoying more energy and feeling much better and lighter every week, highly recommended! Looking forward to try some other stuff like cla tablets and vitamins from myprotein range to push myself even more. Goes Well With: Water, milk, Thermopure capsules

Love this mixed with ice cubes and water using a powerful stick blender. This makes it like a thick ice cream shake. Love all the flavours except banana! But generally I don't like artificial banana flavour anyway. Very satisfying and definitely stops me from feeling like snacking. However....... I HATE the taste of the Sucralose artificial sweetener. Why oh why does that even have to be in there? It would be plenty sweet enough without it. It makes me incredibly thirsty AND the Sucralose is making me constipated so I have to limit the days I use this and because of that my weight is now static again. I wouldn’t usually bother to type up a review but I myself always rely on customer reviews before purchasing a product so I thought it was worth me giving my honest opinion. Now this is the first day of me trying this product. For my breakfast I mixed a scoop and 3 quarters of the powder with a fair bit of water and ice as I don’t like shakes that are too thick, I purchased the strawberry flavour and I have to say it taste just like a McDonalds strawberry milk shake!! It took me about 30 minutes to drink the whole shake but so far today it has totally stopped me from snacking on biscuits and sweets and kept me full till around 13:00, to be honest I didn’t really feel hungry by 13:00 but I did however manage to eat my lunch. It is now nearly 4:00 and I still feel totally stuffed ( I have a tuna and salad wrap for lunch which usually wouldn’t even scrape the sides). I couldn't even finish my cup of tea today. So all in all this shake defiantly acts a meal replacement but even better feels me up for longer.

I like to add hot water from the kettle in the morning, it's like having a creamy milkybar flavour (vanilla) hot chocolate. I only use one scoop and it fills me up until the early afternoon when I'll have another scoop with ice cold water. It mixes really well in my shaker bottle with the cold water, the hot water is a little harder to get smooth but with enough stirring it does! Although I love the vanilla flavour as it tastes like a milky bar I will be trying a different flavour next time! Goes Well With: Ice cold or hot water
