Brought chocolate and vanilla. Both of them always have clumps of powder after mixing. And the taste is very very sweet. After a while I can't drink anymore because it's just very sickly. I have one in the morning and ill go gym.... by the time I'm done I'm starving. They fill you up for around a hour or so. Even on rest days. As long as you have a sweet tooth, can handle hunger and gag reflex is good for finding clumps.... you will be fine :)

It's really good and does really work fills U up so u don't feel hungry would highly recomend

been using this now for 2 weeks and really noticing a difference im not hungry im between meals and have completely stopped snacking on junk too, so seen good results! tastes good and mixes really well just tastes like strawberry milkshake, i mix with water, also it comes with a scoop inside which i didnt realise!
