Ive tried the diet protein and thought that was nice but the meal replacement is better, a richer thicker product which keeps you fuller for longer... 5 stars.

The strawberry flavour is amazing. It's not too sweet and is the correct consistency. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and have already lost 6 pounds. The deal you had on at the time where I received the box of protein milk and the shaker for free was outstanding and I have recommended your products to everyone I know. The price of your items are so reasonable and you know you are getting value for money. Unlike those on the Internet you don't know what's in the product and they charge you rediculous costs. The only recommendation would be the scoop inside. It is in ml and the instructions are in gramms so maybe make the 2 co-inside with each other.

I ordered this when it was on offer for half price just to test it out as it's my first time, I wasn't disappointed. It comes in a big bag and has a scoop inside, tip the bag sideways and push the scoop towards the top of the bag so you don't have to route around inside for it. I made it with milk at first and it was very sweet, so I tried it with water and it's less sweet but better for my taste. Only been on the shakes a week and a half but I'm starting to see and feel a difference. I can feel starving and having a shake takes the hunger away, this feeling of not being hungry lasts a few hours until the next shake is due. I ordered chocolate flavour and it tastes like chocolate yazoo milkshake, very easy to drink!

I ordered the strawberry, tastes really nice with water or milk. I have one for breakfast and one for lunch then go to the gym and have a balanced meal for dinner. Starting weight is 61.10 KG. It stops cravings and fills you up. I will report back after one weeks use with the outcome. Goes Well With: Milk and water
