This bottle has a small plastic lid within main screw on cap to seal the lid. This sticks in the bottle each time you open it meaning you need to use a knife to access contents. Have been told numerous times by my protein that this is perfectly normal. The bottle is defective and the company won't accept responsibility. Very disappointed.

I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to for this because I know I was looking for reviews when helping me to decide whether to purchase this. It is so good!!! I usually feel so tired all the time i can sleep for 12 hours and then still need to nap in the day but now I am actually able to stay awake like normal people which means its definitely working to give me energy. It makes me quite hungry which I think is a good sign that it’s helping me burn body fat. But it’s only been a few days so I can’t say much on weight loss/ burning body fat side of things. But this is really good and it tastes so nice like lemonade. 10ml is 1000mg which is the recommended dose on the bottle, but 15-20ml is what has been working for me, and I’ve been taking it before I exercise Goes Well With: 15ml water

Good product, I wish the box with all the items that I bought was better wrapped the box had a hole at the bottom and the product almost got lost on the dpd van, the product fell off the box.

Personally I add this to fruit tea or squash. I've tried it on its own with plain water but I prefer it with something else added in too.
