I tried this as I as browsing for protein powder on here. I take 3 45 minutes before the gym and sometimes 3 at bedtime. Im currently only working my upper body as I have had an ACL reconstruction....this is very new to me and historicaly I would work my lower body and concentrate on cardio. I hardly ever suffer from DOMS now and I always feel stronger every time I am at the gym. I typically train between 5 and 6 days a week. I take this along with vegan blend protein power. I've purchased these tablets several times from MYPROTEIN and I must say THEY DO WORK. I've even had a break from them for a month just to see how id feel after a workout without them ( Man did I pay for it). I was so sore and felt battered, feeling I had no energy for my next day gym sessions. ( I still went though) . So yes, I'm back on these bad boys and they've taken effect quite quickly. I'm not sore and I'm raring to go with super energy and blast that gym to pieces 5 days a week, my recovery is great. I take 2 in the morning 2 post workout 2 before bed. Good tablet size easily swollowed. Seens to have helped to aid exercise recovery process. Goes Well With: BCAA for helping with muscle recovery
