Gluatamine helps with recovery and growth especially effective when taken with BCAA's pre and post workout. Been feeling less sore after workouts the day after. Was paying almost double for the same amount of gluatamine (500g) from branded company before purchasing from myprotein.

Have only just got round to including this in my training programme(sum ting I should have done a long time ago)and have really noticed the benefits so far.Great price and tasteless in a protein shake.Nice

I agree with Ian. This supplement is essential no matter what kind of regime your doing at the gym regarding weights. I recover fantastically using at least 20 grams a day.
