Does it's job well. Highly recommended.

After reading so many conflicting views on glutamine, I finally decided to purchase it and l have been using it for a year and a half. It is phenomenal, especially for my recovery. I use two scoops (10g) which add to 20 calories towards my micros. I take 5g first thing in the morning with my MyProtein Impact Whey and the other 5g immediately after my workout. It does very slightly affect the taste of my whey but believe me it tastes much better with something than trying to take it on its own. <B>Goes Well With:</B> Impact whey, water, creating and apple juice.

Decided to try this after starting a new muscle building program called mad scientist muscle. In the book it recommended taking glutamine to help you recover. So I bought some powdered form as I don't like swallowing tablets. I was sceptical, however I can definitely notice the difference. My muscles don't feel as sore and I feel I have more energy. I take some first thing in the morning, after training and before bed. I have also noticed I am sleeping better. The only issue I found is that it doesn't really mix well. I take it with water and the taste can be a bit gritty but I don't mind that. The price is very reasonable, try it for yourself.

Brilliant product, doesn't even feel like I've worked out by the next day. Works wonders!

L Glutamine is an excellent product I do believe this has reduced my recovery time and would recommend it.
